Protects the thread and the seal!
This filling adapter has a very important function that hardly any other adapter offers. With this adapter, the remaining pressure between the compressed air source (compressed air pump, compressed air cylinder or compressor) and compressed air cartridges can be released after the filling process. This is very gentle on the thread of the compressed air cartridge, otherwise the entire pressure, up to 300bar, will be loaded on a few threads when unscrewing the cartridge.
Adapter also has a particulate filter.
The adapter works according to the overpressure principle, so that it can be vented directly via the screw, without pressure loss.
With this adapter you fill safely and protect the thread of your cartridge.
Procedure:
Screw the pressure release screw closed (turn to right).
Screw the adapter onto the filling bottle or compressor...
Now screw the cartridge onto the filling adapter
Now open the pressure of the bottle or compressor...
When the cartridge is full, close the pressure from the filling bottle or compressor... again
Now you open the pressure release screw
now unscrew the cartridge from the filling adapter.
