Breech or barrel bushing for sporting rifles

Reduced hit radius thanks to high-quality barrel sleeve

What is the sleeve suitable for?

Anyone who wants to improve their hit pattern in shooting sports, i.e., reduce the dispersion of hits, depends, among other things, on reliable and robust materials.

The barrel sleeve is a valuable aid for optimizing their shot pattern and reducing the distances between hits.

Well-known shooters and Olympians such as Rajmond Debevec, Matthew Emmons, and inventor Guy Starik also take advantage of the reduced vibrations in sporting rifles in tournaments.

Manufacturing details and technical specifications

The product is no longer made of steel or aluminum, but of high-quality carbon.

With the aid of a tuner (the so-called "blue weight"), the barrel sleeve reduces the hit radius by 3-4 millimeters, thus immediately ensuring a smaller, more compact image on the target.

Depending on the length, the case weighs approximately 200 grams, so there's no need to worry about extreme frontal weight shifts on the rifle. This makes the product even suitable for standing, while comparable cases are primarily recommended for prone shooting.
The standardized versions are approximately 19 and 32 centimeters long, respectively. Custom sizes are available upon request; delivery times will be extended accordingly. To determine the exact barrel length, we recommend using a cleaning rod.
The clamp measures only 25 millimeters and is located directly at the muzzle.
Improved Material

The carbon tube ensures excellent vibration damping and high rigidity with minimal weight.

Thermal expansion is low, and the product is hardly susceptible to corrosion.
The case can be tuned by turning the tuner and by leveling fast and slow ammunition. It is perfectly balanced when there is no longer any difference between the two different types of ammunition.

Extended Barrel

The barrel extension helps improve shooting performance by shifting the balance, adjusting the barrel weights, and extending the sight line.
The barrel extension for rimfire rifles, also made of carbon, clamps directly onto the barrel. The position of the front sight carrier is individually adjustable, and the Walther and Anschütz brands already include the indexing ring; the barrel extension is also available for the Bleiker brand.

Maintenance

Maintaining the barrel sleeve and barrel extension is straightforward.
Cleaning with a plastic brush is recommended every 1,000 shots when the powder has dried.
