What are the advantages of the Starik Carbon tube?

A tuner regulates the oscillation and thus improves the shooting performance. The weight is crucial for an accurate shot and is therefore 200 grams for the case including the tuner. Accuracy is increased by the fact that the clamp is attached directly to the barrel and is 25 mm. Barrel lengths of 19 cm and 32 cm are available. Carbon was chosen as the material. This increases the properties much better than with aluminum or steel. The vibration damping is unique. There is almost no thermal expansion. High rigidity is guaranteed. The material is not susceptible to corrosion.

What type of cleaning is recommended?

The Starik Carbon tube should be cleaned with a plastic brush every 500 - 1000 shots. As dry powder residues are easier to remove, cleaning before shooting is recommended.

How is the Starik Carbon tube used?

Shooting performance is greatly improved, especially in the standing position. Two different types of ammunition of the same vintage with velocity differences of 30 to 40 FPS are used in a test machine with spring-back of the rifle. The faster ammunition will hit 6 - 8 mm higher than the slower one. Now shoot 3 shots with the slower ammunition and the tuner in the direction of the muzzle. Now repeat the process with the faster ammunition. If both lot numbers hit the target equally vertically, the tuning is correct. If this is not the case, turn the tuner 360 degrees and repeat the whole process. Positive compensation is only possible with springback. Tec-Hro.de has the most common barrel diameters available.
